With the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing sector, the number of production facilities in industrial parks continues to grow, leading to more pronounced fluctuations in electricity demand. Enterprises not only face the challenge of rising peak electricity costs but must also meet European grid requirements for power quality and grid-connected operation. Traditional energy storage solutions often focus primarily on peak shaving and valley filling, making it difficult to address multiple needs such as power supply stability, power quality optimization, and future capacity expansion simultaneously.
To address the complex power consumption scenarios in manufacturing parks, YUNT provides a comprehensive energy storage system integration solution. Through the coordinated operation of the Power Conversion System (PCS), energy storage systems, and the EMS energy management platform, we help customers optimize their energy structure, enhance power supply reliability, and achieve energy savings, cost reductions, and stable production.

ToggleCore Scenario Requirements
Manufacturing parks are typically characterized by continuous production, concentrated equipment, and rapidly changing loads, resulting in high demands for power supply stability and power quality. The main challenges include:
Continuously rising electricity costs due to peak loads;
Voltage fluctuations caused by the start-up and shutdown of large equipment;
Three-phase load imbalances affecting equipment operation;
The need to balance energy conservation and cost reduction with stable power supply.
Therefore, a comprehensive energy storage system is required that integrates energy management, power optimization, and emergency power supply capabilities.
Core Integrated Solution
Based on the actual load characteristics of the industrial park, YUNT provides a 500 kW/500 kWh commercial and industrial energy storage system solution.
The project employs five 100 kW PCS modules connected in parallel, configured with an energy storage battery system and an EMS energy management platform to enable unified monitoring, control, and dispatch of the energy storage system.
The system automatically optimizes charging and discharging operations based on the park’s real-time load and time-of-use pricing policies:
- Charging the energy storage system during off-peak hours and discharging energy during peak hours to reduce enterprises’ electricity costs;
- The PCS responds rapidly to load changes, enhancing power supply stability;
- The EMS monitors the system’s operational status in real time to optimize energy storage efficiency;
- The system’s modular design facilitates future capacity expansion to meet the park’s evolving energy needs.
The complete solution complies with European grid-connection standards and is suitable for long-term, stable operation in manufacturing parks.
Project Benefits
After the project went into operation, it effectively reduced the park’s peak electricity costs, alleviated operational pressure on the power distribution system, and improved power supply stability and energy utilization efficiency.
Leveraging a modular energy storage architecture and an intelligent energy management system, customers can flexibly scale system capacity to accommodate future production levels and continuously optimize energy allocation without altering their existing power supply infrastructure.
This project further demonstrates YUNT’s comprehensive capabilities in the integration of commercial and industrial energy storage systems, energy management, and the delivery of overseas projects, providing European manufacturing customers with a replicable and scalable energy storage solution.
